I reallllly doubt Post Crisis Deathstroke can damage Brandon in any way. The guns he carries defintely won't work. I doubt he's anywhere close to strong enough with a melee weapon either

Any good feats for the staff?

Bradon is bullet proof against regular fure arms and capable of taking beatings from probably class 5'ish or slightly higher. And that's the anime.

If we're bring the game into this, it's an unquestionable stomp even if you include every mercenary in DC.
