Green Arrow & Speedy remained the cover stars for several issues until #86 (December 1942) which featured Johnny Quick, who had debuted in issue #71, more than a year earlier.

Green Arrow & Speedy, Johnny Quick, the Spectre, Doctor Fate and Aquaman remained the stars of the book (though Aquaman was the only one to never get a cover) until issue #101 (January 1945), which gave us the first appearance of Superboy.

The next cover featured a rare humor-adventure pairing when it included Green Arrow & Speedy and Dover & Clover together.

Dover & Clover were the stars by issue #107 (January 1946), which was the last issue to carry Green Arrow & Speedy, Johnny Quick, Superboy and Aquaman (the Spectre and Doctor Fate had already been dropped from the book within the last year).

With issue #108 (March 1946), and superheroes increasingly out of style, More Fun became an all-humor title, which lasted until its cancellation.

Its final issue was #127 (December 1947)

MORE FUN COMICS also introduced Congo Bill in 1940.

Though introduced in MORE FUN in 1941, Aquaman never appeared on a cover till 1960.
