Fear Agent final edition

Hi guys

Not sure if this is the place but I got a question about the Fear Agent final editions.

I know these are in paperback but are they sewn (and glued) or just glued?

2nd: will this book appeal to a guy who likes sci-fi, especially the old school which was a smorgasboard of imagination but is tired of reading the same old stories time and again in a different package. In other words, does it have the necessary originality?

I would definitely recommend Fear Agent if you are into retro sci-fi in any way. I have all the individual issues so I can't answer the TPB question.
