In terms of internal logic, why is Snowguard even there? She's Canadian, isn't she? She should have just been deported back to Canada

That's a very good point. How do the New Warriors actually feel about allying with CRADLE, especially in light of some of the shadier stuff CRADLE is doing? I mean, one thing to stop kids who are unprepared and untrained from recklessly risking their own (and others') lives, spoilers:

I’d say the New Warriors are doing what they can to take charge of the narrative this time around. They experienced first hand the fall out on the Stamford Connecticut disaster from years ago. They’re working with the government agency so things will hopefully be different for this new generation.
