Ex-Corp question

So they've confirmed an X-Corp book. I've got 2 questions:

1) Is it X-Corp or X-Corps? If it's X-Corp then it will probably be about the money stuff. Bobby mentioned X-Corp in one of the recent New Mutants issues. But the name X-Corps would make sense too.
2) When is it supposed to come out? Or when will we know what its about?

It's X-Corp, no S. It was supposed to start next month when we heard about it from Captain Marvel's letters page, but clearly got delayed after that issue went to press as it still hasn't been solicited. Therefore it won't be out until May at the earliest. Also, the reason it was mentioned on Carol's letters page is because her artist Carmen Carnero was supposed to be leaving to do X-Corp. But she's since been announced to be taking over Miles Morales Spider-Man instead, after his artist moved on to Avengers.
