    Exodus
    Sunfire
    Mimic
Neal Shaara (needs original Indian name)
    John Proudstar (Thunderbird seems overused)
    Colossus
    Hellion
    Kid Apocalypse
and lots of mutants with combat useful powers
I presume X Corps would be the X-Mens standing army while X-Force is the covert ops/ special forces.

Could do with a female member or two. When using Neal, you may as well throw in Lifeguard. Her adaptive powers would be incredibly useful in a combat situation.

    It really kinda is.

Is X-Corp a business entity? Is it a aid and relief organization? Is it PR?

For me the mission statement really should dictate the cast. Its why I give Leah and props for X-Factor. She had her mission state as investigation regarding the Resurrection protocols and made a pretty good roster for it.
Captain, in Order to build a better world, sometimes means tearing the old one down... And that makes enemies.
