Come on Tini! Gambit doesn't fret over Rogue like this. He knows she's tough. He might throw in a cautionary comment here or there, but not really to tell her to stay close to him (he learned that he doesn't need to early on starting from the Omega Red interrupted date or hitting her with charged pie with Bishop - Heck, they were once both stabbed and Rogue's powers were crazy berserk, and when she leaves Gambit to get back at Vargas, he simply tells her not to die- that's it). He likes that she isn't a damsel in distress. And to be honest, Rogue's the type to be annoyed with someone hovering over her and it's why they mesh. He trusts her to do her own thing, and not focusing on her so much allows him to concentrate on what he does best (strategy, fighting, thieving...there is more....Tini! There is so much more!).

So what with the maybe spoiler in the upcoming X-Book art teasers thread, spoilers:

I'm thinking maybe Gambit and Rogue do it on Otherworld and conceive some kind of mutant magic baby.

TAS Apocalypse is soooo good!

I'm starting to think this scene was an inspiration for the current book too...

Since Howard doesn't give a fuk about Gambit she should make Apocalypse pull a Vegeta and steal Rogue from him. Then Gambit can get all pissy and try to fight Apocalypse. He gets one shotted and Betsy says he had it coming.

Rictor and Rogue are the ones that have had the closest connection to Apocalypse this arc, and they're both giving off that same Nutrigrain "I FEEL GREAT" energy.
