Pretty much. I don't remember much about Catwoman's fighting abilities in DKR but I think Harley's got this, especially if she gets a baseball bat or a mallet as standard equipment. Well, unless Catwoman gets a motorcycle and a running start. Although a female friend of mine informs me that the less we talk about that Catwoman on a motorcycle scene, the better.
