bro its the same at its core no matter how you paint it, young mutants inspired by older mutants and become heroes to one day become like them, the difrence those mutants are conected to x-men in general.
same concept, difrent focus, and since we are overflowing with young mutants its immensly redudant.

These don't look like people 'inspired' by the X-men. They look like Chimeras. Copies/kids/something. The big rumor is that they are kids of the main X-men rapidly grown through the eggs.

Its confirmed that they are Krakoan a or even mutants ? Because some of them have tech suits that doesn’t look very Krakoan. I would be more interesting than another new class of randoms

Dust, Oya, surge, cypher, shark girl, indra, windancer, mercury, bling, the chinese insect girl, rockslide, etc etc , that alone has more diversity than we see in the cover.
I love vita but man we dont need more oc's we need more consistent content for the dozens of awesome characthers left to waste, diverse, dynamic and wonderfull characthers

This book has a great writer. Vita did excellent on Prisoner X! Vita’s Bishop was great. I can’t wait to see what this book is and if it’s short stories or vignettes that could be really cool.

I wrote this before seeing the news... I’m staying open minded but did we need another psychic mutant? Or anymore young mutants when we have too many already.

this is not a new idea at all, we already have quite a few teenage superhero teams that haven't been used for a long time and we've been asking for, and then they create another new generation... this is just unnecessary. too bad, it's a hard pass from me too :/

I think they are trying to get a Kamala or Miles here. I honestly don't think it's going to work but I can't blame them for trying.

Trying to relaunch young characters hardly works for the new audience, you need something new. We are simply not the target audience of this.

I gotta admit, I'm torn by this. New characters are always intriguing to me and I like the idea of young bucks trying to emulate their "heroes", but as others have said, there are a lot of missing characters that could be used right now.

You're a big fan of Rictor, right? I see you gushing about him all the time. One of these guys is copying/a Chimera of Rictor. Rictor barely gets attention as-is. Now he's potentially getting replaced.

I love the idea of superhero parents. Jubilee becoming a mother made her more relatable than ever. If this guy was Rictor and Shatterstar's kid (through whatever means, magic, science, adoption, whatever) I would be thrilled. But I don't want to see them introduced as teenagers. That's such a cheap hack move.
