Which DC Characters would you like to get back and opinion about "new" character

I would like to ask which DC Characters would you like to have back (back or in a position with a team where he or she gets more focus...) and what do you think about the "new" Characters.

I would like to have back:

I would also like to ask what do you think about the "new" Characters like Naomi,Keli.....

I personally am not a fan of Naomi for example, because for example Bombshell has similar Powers and is a more interesting character..

I only don't like new characters if DC push them before they're done establishing or reestablishing the old ones.
So basically I don't like all of them.

Except if they're supporting cast to an already established character, like Jason Todd's students, and the newer members of the Young Justice or Titans group.

The reason is because I'm still relatively new to comics and I've heard about the old names and what they do, so I want to see them... but they don't exist or haven't existed in the new continuity, and instead, DC is pushing new characters no one ever heard about. I don't care about them, what I want to know are those characters I already heard about.

Once they're all back, and I read them, then I wanna hear about the new ones.

I like new characters personally, so long as they are written well or I like the story of course. I mean sure they can start off as just people the publisher tries to push and we might want characters who are missing instead (me personally I’d love to see a JSA book or Steel or the Ray) but if I just ignore new characters I might be missing out on some fun new characters and stories that with time might become main stays of the dc universe.

Now as for returning characters my hope is that the 5G time jump/shenanigans will bring them back, maybe with time being caught up they return or now they reached the age to be heroes if they feel like rebooting/refreshing a bit in this weird Rebirth timeline we got. I hope for the following.

I'd like to have the Montoya Question back, but I'd also like to have a more Ditko-esque Vic Sage back. These things don't go together, so... I don't know. Also, Ted Kord, but I also love Jaime, so... kind of the same thing.

I don't know anything about most of the "new" characters. I don't love Jon Kent but I've accepted that he's sticking around.

I feel like I want some villains "back"

Prometheus. Clayface. Amazo. The Atomic Skull. General Eiling. The OutSider from flashpoint.

I don't want redemption arcs, I want these guys to be trouble. I just look and I feel like there's a lot of villains that are never taken seriously and its bad writing and
over eager misuse

They just didn't know what to do with this character. Smh. Great potential. Spun out of an awesome story but they need someone else in charage of this guys narrative.
How he gets from point A. to point B is the main question of this guy.

I want VIXEN back, and I want DC to push her.

As for Naomi and Sojourner Mullein (the new Green Lantern in the "Far Sector" book), I think it's good that DC has created them and is giving them focus, BUT I also want them to focus on Vixen as well. Also, John Stewart should be focused on.

I want Gotham to have a mayor, in the Simon Dark sense. It doesn't have to be Simon Dark, but if it isn't I'd prefer if it was a new character.
