    Default Batman vs Scalphunter

Batman (Post-Crisis) vs Scalphunter of the Marauders (616).

Fight talks place in a small, ruined city, similar to NYC in Escape From New York.

Combatants enter at opposite ends of the city as dusk descends.

    Otherwise, standard arena rules.

    No BFR or TP.

I mean, given the scenario circumstances, it's more likely that Batman ninja ambushes Scalphunter than anything.

    both have their "typical" equipment?

scalphunter has an edge of being able to track batman. but combat it would be rough, though I don't think Scalphunter would prevail in that. He's not really deep-martial arts trained, just general military combat, right?

would make for a nice one-shot.

"Arena rules" means both have their standard equipment.

So Bats has his utility belt and whatever else he usually goes on patrol with, but no "one-shot" specialized gear, the loads of stuff he keeps in the Batcave for highly specific situations.

It would also mean that Scalphunter has all his weapons modules, which I would guess includes night vision and heat-seeking scopes. Part of Scalpy's thing is that he uses his modules to "kit-bash" for the situation.

So the guy is like Jason Bourne with an arsenal of Lego bricks with which he can assemble any weapon he needs, plus he has a healing factor, although feats for that (so far as I know) are nowhere at the level of Wolverine or Sabertooth.
