I keep wondering: with everyone demanding a Guardians of the galaxy 2008 team omni, wouldn’t it be better (and more complete) to ask for a "War of Kings" / "Realm of Kings" omnibus?

not really, Guardians 2008 team #7-19 would be included in War of Kings and the rest of the run (#20-25) would be in Real of kings, that would leave out only #1-6 and that i dont mind having the regular HC. Originally Posted by victorxd1999

The first 10-12 issues were boring and plotless, Starlord's new outfit is lame and Rocket is irritating (and I generaly like Bendis). Starting with the X-men crossover it gets better. Originally Posted by ricardoramos

Iron man is in for 5 issues maybe but now Capt. MArvel and Venom are part of the team too. Also Angela, who is an Image character from Spawn.

Yea I didnt really get that bit about angela, howd they get the right to use her, and why did they cross her over from an indy(ish) comic. Wouldnt it make more sense to just make up a new female character?

The story as I know it: Angela was created by Gaiman for Spawn and Gaiman battled some with McFarlane for the rights of his character. After years of battling Gaiman won all rights for Angela and than he sold it to Marvel because he doesn't like McFarlane. Originally Posted by RIPLynott
