Yeah, hes a low-end bullet timer. Iron Fist or Cass Cain types would have a large speed edge but he would blitz the Batman / Captain America crowd.

Chief is quite a bit tougher then he is strong, yeah. He is probably Class 5 or so in strength.

For whatever it's worth, Chief in Armor is 7'2", while Yujiro is 6'3". So Chief's got a reach advantage

Yujiro wins easily imo. He fought dinosaurs which were stronger and heavier than MC and his fight with Baki shows that he is clearly faster in both movement and reaction times than a low end bullet timer. Even he can't tear through the actual armor his insides would still take major damage from Yujiros attacks.
