2) HOX#2 - The Full issue,
"The Uncanny Life of Moira X" (my favorite single-issue from last year).
-- That Destiny scene, never thought she was so cool/badass/scary.

3) HOX#5 - The Five
"We see them, but do we know them"

4) POX#6 -
Magneto: "I am not ashamed of who I am. Let them come".
Xavier: "Yes, let them come."

5) POX#5 - "When you see me again, you'll know what It means"
- Namor.

6) Cyclops and the FF in HOX#1.
Especially when he says Mazel Tov to Ben.

7) POX#5 - "I. Love. That. Cape."

8) HOX#6 - Apocalypse's attitude about why mutants killing each other isn't a big deal.


DOX
1) X-Men #1
- Magneto the Folk Hero.
- That Infographic of the Summers' Place showing the connected doors.


2) Marauders
- (#1) Wolverine is a dapper dude man.

-- The climax where Xavier removes his helmet and gives us the classic Patrick Stewart Xavier in our platonic hearts for the first time in a long while.

In hopes of building new discussions based on what people are enjoying, I'd love to hear some of your favorite character moments we've seen on the pages of House of X, Powers of X, and Dawn of X so far.

Here are a few, of MANY, that I have enjoyed.



This to me is one of the greatest uses of Ororo's powers. It's subtle and powerful so kudos to Hickman. Those precious babies don't know that they could possibly blow up the island so our Goddess is standing by to balance them out. Brilliant.



This entire scene made me love Emma again. I've been very "eh" about her after the Gen X days but this sparked a new love for her. Her concern was palpable but her desire to help create something new "for the children" won the day. The three of them sounded like perfection to me.



It would be impossible to describe the joy I felt when seeing this panel. I love Angelo but I have waited a long time to see Everett's return. Seeing him and Skin so happy to see each other was... I have no words.

awesome thread!! so many gems in here that slipped my mind, like the moment between Kurt and Logan...just wow. Emma's court entrance and Destiny revealing herself to Moira are some of my favourite character moments in the franchise as a whole honestly but ive seen them mentioned a couple time already so dont worry i wont gush too much lol. A couple more off the top of my head:

Storm using her powers to simulate Jean and the rest of the team in space...the details as to how exactly she did it are foggy to me but i remember how gorgeous the panels were and how creative a use of her powers it was, as well as seeing everyone's reactions to Jean's pain...chills. Wish i had a scan to post

Scott and Lorna discussing where they stand in this new status quo was a really nice moment for me. as two "children" of this new nation's leaders who have each experienced so much horror but also love thanks to their mutantdom, it was such a perfect way to kick off the first ongoing issue. underrated moment tbh

to build off this, Scott reaching out to his dad and telling him hes always welcome on krakoa. This felt so human to me. I really felt Scotts joy, understood Corsair's apprehension and ultimately left the issue feeling like id read one of the most genuine interactions in a comic in a while.

Illyana's fight or **** scene was transcendental . Hickman reached into his third eye for that one

Everything about Rogue's reawakening in the last Excalibur. From her love for Dolly Parton to eviscerating Apocalypse and assuming his powers...what an insane sequence. Her voice was spot on

Also anytime Kate brutally maims anyone in Marauders. Sue me.
