Well just when I thought final news was over...3 big news items hit.

- The LA Rams announced the team has signed Jalen Ramsey (CB) to a 5 year $105 million dollar contract with more than $71.2 million in guarantees. It is the biggest deal for a CB and leaps Ramsey from 31st in league to 1st. Also as a comparison Darius Slay is averaging $16.68 million a season which was tops then. Now its Ramsey who averages $21+ million a year.

But questions are coming out on how the Rams did this. The team had only $600,000 in cap space due to tons of dead money on the books for Brandin Cooks , Todd Gurley and Clay Matthews.

- After attempting a comeback from a terrible spinal injury 3 years ago , Steelers LB Ryan Shazier announced his retirement today. Shazier claimed it was time to retire and move on from a game he's played for nearly 20 years of his life. The Steelers being a good organization kept him on payroll and made sure his insurance was there during his recovery.

- Free agent Aqib Talib (DB) announced his retirement today as well. Talib joked he wouldn't be able to join Bill (likely Belichick) as he announced his retirement after 12 seasons with 5 times.
