    NFL News...

    - Jacksonville has declined the options on Marcell Dareus (DT) and Jake Ryan (LB). Dareus was due $19.5 million if the option was picked up. Ryan cost only $1 million.

    - Ben Rothlisberger has been cleared to start throwing the ball again. Rothlisberger is trying to make a comeback from elbow surgery.

    - Jim Irsay gave Jacoby Brisset a vote of support saying the young QB needs time to grow and mature as a starter. Pointing to Peyton Manning who from 1998-2001 had records of 3-13 , 10-6 , and 6-10. Then Irsay made a statement where he outright lies claiming back in 2012 that the team planned selecting Russell Wilson in the 4th rd but the Seahawks jumped ahead in the 3rd. The Colts had the 1st pick in rd 3 by the way to actually select Wilson.

Irsay claimed after this the Colts are open minded at the position as well.

    - NFL scum bag Vontaze Burfict (LB) was reinstated by the league. His agent swears Burfict plans to follow the rules and has reached out to watch game tape to see how to properly play.

I'd still look for a QB. The Colts didn't bother giving Chad Kelly a chance whatsoever in the final two games this past season after they were eliminated (he was a healthy inactive, which made me very unhappy as I grew unsatisfied with Brissett's performance), which likely says they need somebody else at backup.

As for Burfict... man has paid millions of dollars in fines and has been suspended multiple times for being an ******* on the field. Do you think now is the time he matures? Some people don't change, ever.

We'll see if the Raiders re-sign him or not. Betting on not, and Cleveland picking him up just because they are Cleveland.

I'd say Raiders will have him back. They were last year defending him and proclaiming what a great player and human being he was.

Las Vegas is going to be a shitshow.

... I'm still probably going to plan on going to a Raiders game because the Colts are playing there this season and I want to see the Strip. Just hope to God it won't cost me an arm and a leg, which I know it will.

Don't stay at a casino on the strip and you'll save money, even of you still pick a casino or other resort. The well known ones on the strip are overpriced tourist traps.

What stuns me about the Raiders utter **** show the last couple years is how I back in 2018 was scared of the team when Gruden was signed. I had thought , holy **** this is a team that in 2016 went 12-4. They have Carr , Mack , Cooper. 3 stars and 1 future Hall of Fame player. So being a Chiefs fan I was like , all Gruden has to do is draft pieces around these guys and he has a great team that can compete.

Then we saw what happened. Mack wanted a raise (which he had earned) and the Raiders went cheap style with Gruden doubting his talent. He then clashed style wise with Amari Cooper. Who its said is a more soft spoken type player who plays up to that than Gruden's swearing demeanor. Which had Gruden question Cooper's drive so he was unloaded. The team fell apart quickly with no #1 WR and no Mack on defense.

Being a Chiefs fan its kinda wild to see how a coach came in and dismantled a team in record time. It reminds me of Chip Kelly where he destructed the Eagles franchise by trading away players and then questioning how his starting QB took a beating and traded him off. To get a worse injured QB.

Its gonna be funny to watch Gruden destruct his relationship with Carr next.

Make sure and walk the strip at around 11 to midnight for the full experience.

    NFL News..

    - Chiefs GM , Brett Veach discussed that the Chiefs are gonna start working on deals for Chris Jones , Sammy Watkins and Pat Mahomes. Veach brought up that KC has the franchise tag for Jones just in case. Watkins he wants back as well and talks there to work a new deal to help salary cap wise. The Pat Mahomes deal could happen in the summer as KC could work his new mega deal to take effect in 2021 to help with cap.

    - The NY Giants GM Dave Gettleman has said the Giants are "open for business" at trades for the 4th pick in the draft. As teams could move up for a QB.

    - Tampa Bay coach Bruce Arians has said that things are still up in the air about Jamesis Winston coming back in 2020. The team is exploring all avenues and could draft a QB in the draft (not in the 1st rd as they claim). But the team may still franchise tag him for 2020. Arians claims they will know more next week.

    - Bill O'Brien who is coach and GM of the Houston Texans plans to give play calling duties for the offense to Tim Kelly in 2020. Kelly has been offensive coordinator in name only and been with O'Brien a few seasons.

    - Chicago Bears coach Matt Nagy detailed that the Bears remain committed to Mitchell Trubisky for 2020. That he as a coach has to adjust things better to players they have right now. Trubisky has struggled in every part of his game in 2019 and it made people question if he'd be around in 2020.

    NFL News...

    - Days after Jim Irsay voiced support and then non-support comically for Jacoby Brisset ; the team according to reports are interested in Phillip Rivers. GM Chris Ballard came out and said that the team gave Brisset a 2 year deal to see what was there. At the Scouting Combine many believe the team will go with Rivers in 2020.

    - The NY Giants have cut Alec Ogletree (LB) and Kareem Martin (DE). The move with Ogletree saves the team $10 million he was due this season. He also was voted team captain the last 2 years and was 3rd on team with tackles in 2019 in starting 13 games. Martin never panned out as a free agent signing in 2018. The Giants will soon have to make decisions on Leonard Williams (DE) , Marcus Golden (DE) and David Mayo (LB). The defense could be headed towards a total rebuild.

    - Upcoming draft pick Tua Tagovailoa had results on his hip come back clean from 2 MRI's done at Scouting Combine.

    - Cleveland has a new coach and GM in place and already seem to be coming at Baker Mayfield to improve on things. His coach wants him to work on his foot work and lead foot in throwing as he mentioned last week. Claiming it could help Mayfield cut down on his mistakes. Now they want Mayfield to slim down and be more fit for 2020. Its said Mayfield bulked up in 2019 but it cost him some mobility so they want him back down.

    - Ron Rivera detailed the Washington Redskins have a number of options come the draft when they pick #2. In fact he brought up drafting Tua Tagovailoa and the team will have a dinner scheduled with him. After what Arizona did last year with Kyler Murray , the team may view Tua as a better prospect than Haskins possibly. The team also could trade down if a QB needy team wants to trade up as well.

    - With the Franchise tag window opening on Thursday , the Dallas Cowboys are now on the clock and are meeting with Dak Prescott to get a deal done for him. The Cowboys if they can't get a deal done by Thursday will have til the 12th of March to tag Prescott if they can't get a deal done.
