Yeah that's not really how it works, taking someone's name doesn't make you the same as them.
Faiza was given the role, but not the title. She not a member of the Captain Britain Corp and doesn't have access to Otherworld.

The Lionheart situation can be recognised as a isolated incident. Merlyn was gone and Brian & Meggan were the ones creating new Captains.

Also how is Saturnyne still alive, didn't she die in Jonathan Hickman's Time Runs Out/Secret Wars event?
