Speaking of Horsemen... where are the original Famine, Pestilence, and War? (The ones collected with Angel in the old X-Factor appearances)

My memory is shot so someone please help me out here but I believe Warren killed one of the female horsemen in Remender's Uncanny X-force. I don't recall which one it was. She was trying to stand up to him and he wing-sliced her. Anyone?
