Taki's at least able to blow up an entire floor of a Japanese castle (Soul Blade. Takes her a couple seconds), and she's had multiple cutscenes showing her speed to be at least on par with Mitsurugi, who is bullet time by the time those scenes happen. At least one where she quips "too slow" at him.

Don't know anything about Noob though.
