Young Justice - The confusen of seasons and availability

So, I just started to watch "Young Jusitce" Season 1, great show, especilly when you skip all the cringe-teenage parts (except the "fun" ones)
But:
Someone told me that there are 3 seasons with a fourth on the way, true or false?
AND
currently in Germany (where I live) Netflix only has 2 seasons, there is no third one, and (If in production) the fourth one wont be there either. So: Are there any other streaming services or ways so that I can watch the third season? (Im watching it in english, not german)

Ok so here’s the thing, DC made its own app service that has both old, new, and original content for streaming as well as years of comic series, that being the DC Universe app. Young Justice is currently on that service as an exclusive series, so it’s not likely to come to Germany unless DC has some kind of deal with that country. Only way to watch the series would be to see if they release a dvd or get the service. Sorry

Same here in Australia.

We have seasons 1 and 2 available on Netflix, but that's it unfortuantely.
