I was wondering if Grifter & Team 7 are still a part of the DC universe despite the events of Doomsday Clock?

Yeah the Wildstorm properties are apparently part of the new timeline, which I hope they go ahead and incorporate them and just indicate that they have been in hiding or something. Because I really do want characters like Midnighter and Apollo back, and I wouldn’t mind if they took the time skip to reintroduce the Gen13 into continuity. But I guess we will wait and see how it plays into the timeline.

I think they're non-canon except for points where they intersect with other books, see the original New 52 Deathstroke series for example - it was rendered non-canon by Tony Daniel's much better (but not as good as Christopher Priest) Deathstroke book but remained in canon where it intersected with Hawkman.

Yes but they are not getting their own imprint. I was curious since I saw the Birds of Prey Giant and saw Grifter in there
