The Living Laser's reaction time is weird and limited by the speed of his thoughts or some such, but both him and the Mandarin are still fast enough that they should win the quickdraw here, which they need to do to kill the living hell out of Zatanna, who but for being a glass cannon is the most powerful person here.

I suppose it then otherwise comes down to if they can do up Aquaman before he fries their brains.

Not sure that any of the DC guys can react remotely quick enough to stop Living Laser flaying them alive. Or even fast enough to stop Mandarin disintegrating them.

It’s really not often Marvel guys blitz Justice Leaguers round here.
