I just read Kingdom Come for the first time ever the other day (I know right). And Shazam in it really creeped me out. And I'm not easy to creep out like that lol

Very Nice! But personally, I'd like to go even further back in time...

When I read it 24 years ago, before then it never occurred to me that Billy would eventually grow up to look exactly like Captain Marvel (Shazam).

Seeing Billy as Captain Marvel as just his normal self did indeed creep me out along with his demeaned in the story.

Yes. I would like to see an updated fashion parade from where this left off up to the present time.

You mean something covering the last 46 years?

    Yes.

I am sure there have been changes, including costume colors as well as shoes and hair style.

The last one was definitely a justified change. That victory rolls hairstyle made sense in the 1950s, but definitely not by the time Captain Marvel came back in 1973. Had Shazam been published in the 60s, it's clear that Mary's look would've been updated within a few years, the only reason it waited until 1973 was the fact the Marvel Family wasn't published in the previous 15 years.

Correct. The Red Costume is an all-time favorite...

...while the White Costume would be my second favorite:

We should probably give old-school Freddy a moment in the spotlight, too.

Completely agree. His stories were so much darker than Cap's but loved it all the same. Mac Raboy's art was immaculate!
