Flash vs Mister Sinister

Flash (Barry Allen) vs Mister Sinister.

* Current version of Barry Allen/Flash.

* 616-version of Mister Sinister.

* Scenario match, and PIS is off.

* Sinister gets several of his high-tech bases secretly teleported to current DC Earth (even mystical superheroes remain unaware of the transfer).

* Sinister gets access to JLA and Star Labs records on Flash and the Speed Force, and one month of prep.

Under these circumstances, can Sinister kill Barry? Or is he doomed to miserable failure like so many Flash rogues who regularly depend upon PIS to last longer than one panel once Barry becomes aware of them?

How do you see it going?

He could certainly make some kind of plague that releases at fight start, or mutant clone with various relevant auto hitting doom powers (telepathy for instance) that starts off intangible because of prep, or what have you, it's just that none of that will stop the Flash from killing him within the first fractional moment of the fight, it just means the Flash will himself get taken out sometime later.

Sooo… mutual takedown I suppose?
