More like omnipresence, as opposed to teleportation. When aware of himself, he can incarnate and physically be somewhere, otherwise, he's everywhere and nowhere.

So if you shoot him in the head, his body dies, but that's ok, cuz he can just re-incarnate his physical form elsewhere.

I mean, without something approaching limits, you can make up whatever you want and call it "superspeed" or "teleportation", I suppose.

"I'm so fast, I spontaneously generate new clothes!" - The Flash, probably


"I can teleport subatomic particles around to turn all of earth's water into petroleum!" - Please don't actually do this.
