So the contest here (I would guess) is that Cyborg has to hack into Klaw's sonic converter and shut it down, or exactly counter Klaw's personal frequency and kind of cancel him out with some kind of "equal and opposite" wavelength.

Other than that, I would guess Klaw just keeps creating monsters until Cyborg is trashed, unless Cyborg has something else.

Since Cyborg himself uses sound as a weapon, I assume his bionic ears are impervious to loudness attacks designed to shatter eardrums, that sort of thing.
