Given that Kamala Khan is often considered the 21st-century successor to the archetype popularized by Peter Parker/Spider-Man, I could see her making sense as a Spider-Person.

While the authorities came to pick him up, he was worried they were going to take him away and put him into some orphanage, he was worried they were going to arrest him for assaulting the Burglar, and he was worried that once they did catch him, they do tests on him and he'd spend the rest of his days as a lab rat. instead of going with them, Peter ran. His been living on the streets ever since and has since became something of an urban legend.

He could even have Cloak's powers, and be a Trapdoor Spider sort of figure, who emerges from the shadows and yoinks people into it, leaving them behind all chilled and shaking and wrapped up in shadowy tendrils that dissolve in contact with sunlight.

Later, he inherits the Ebony Blade and must stop Red Goblin, the reincarnation of the evil knight Mordred, from uniting the criminal elements to take over the city as SPIDER-KNIGHT.

Sounds like a great one. The Ebony Blade would be a great substitute for a symbiote/Venom arc, given that its curse drives the wielder insane if it's wielded for less-than-noble reasons or purposes.

Spider-Webb: Teenage blind mutant Cassandra Webb tries to battle crime as shes tries to figure out where shes going...in life.

We've seen Peter Parker/Spider-Man as the Punisher, but Frank Castle as Spider-Man? That could be very interesting, especially since technically, he'd just have to wear a black-and-white version of the Spider-Man 2099 suit, the symbol of which is a hybrid spider/skull, after all.

Funny enough, the Banner example is canon in Bullet Points, which has him bitten by one or more of the spiders that were irradiated in the gamma bomb detonation that turns Peter Parker into the Hulk in that reality.
