Also Xaiver confession.
Am I mistaken , but I'm to understand Xaiver assasination was a stage event?
First the MERC and now the plant people? At this rate, it's going to be difficult to differentiate Beast from his AOA counterpart lol.
So true!
Thinking about it, this scene from the first issue reads differently now:
Also despite what Xavier said in the third issue, restarting X-Force may have been his plan all along.
Well damnnnnnn. Percy is a lumberdilf.
Question: Who was the colorist of this issue?
Was it art by Segovia colors by Dean White?
When they continue to write Beast as a hypocrite over nearly two decades, it goes from being frustrating, to being a character flaw. I've finally accepted this Beast. He's smart, but he's cocky, and a complete hypocrite. And that makes him interesting.
It doesn't mean he's evil. Or that he's a bad person. It just means he has flaws. Having blind spots is normal. I got to remind myself that heroes don't always get it right.
My interpretation is that Xavier did not plan the murder, he simply allowed it to happen.
There is no point wasting time bothering you to plan it when you know that sooner or later it will happen.
When they start to run with it for a long time, it does become a trait of the character. In Hank's case, it's well utilized. I love that he's the cocky genius whose pride is his own downfall.
Yep, the data page makes it clear he knew that it was gonna happen, it was just a question of "when". As he said in X-Men, he cannot be killed, so I'm sure his satisfied with becoming a martyr in life to unite mutants in a purpose.
Yup, he rocks a beard now:

Which also further explains him sauntering around other nations without security.
