ViacomCBS in trouble?

Apparently ViacomCBS is going through some tough times, there is an article in Forbes that said the merger between CBS and Viacom has created some problems:

What do you think, is ViacomCBS in trouble or is this overblown and their future is brighter than these articles suggest? What should ViacomCBS do in the future?
