Star Wars Droid Army vs Clone army

I’m wondering who’d win if Sidious wasn’t behind the scenes manipulating the separatists into failure.

Maybe I’m dumb but I think the droid army should have won.

A lot of back and forth, really. The Clones did quite well in certain engagements. But in times where they were badly outnumbered and the droids were able to surround their position, then the droids won.

And while not every Jedi was a good leader, there were some very capable Jedi Generals. What's more, Sidious also manipulated it so the Jedi were ahead of even seasoned Admirals in the fleet. Take that out of the equation, and things change in space.

Plus, by the time of Revenge of the Sith, another larger batch of clones were about ready to join up with the veterans. And without Sidious working behind the scenes to hamper the Jedi, things may very well go differently.
