Oddly enough, 2 of my favorites have Jubilee in them.

The one where she helps Xavier back to his wheelchair after a day of roller skating.

And her crying after Illyana's death

I had issues with Morrison's run, but this one he hit out of the park.

New Mutants #45, 'We Were Only Foolin', and New X-Men #32, with the post-decimation memorial service, are the first that come to mind. For some reason, when Magik claims her soul sword in her first limited series, that always strikes a chord with me.

The aforementioned Jubille post-X-Cutioner's Song moment is a favourite, and leaping off of the Lorna-Genosha moment, I still think Lorna's speech at 'Magneto's funeral is the best bit of writing Chuck Austen managed.

"Astonished, Ms Pryde" may well have been the first time a comic brought me to actual tears.

The resurrection scene/celebration from HoX/PoX is a recent entry, but definitely top tier.

Then, of course, there's the entirety of Magneto Testament. But including this on the same list as the others almost feels like cheating.

    This one, I think.

Off the top of my head...

"Sir, I'd like to shake your hand" from Uncanny #227.

Jean dying on the moon in #137.

Magneto turning his back on Xavier's way in #275.

Lorna in New X-Men #132 (as pictured above)

Colossus screaming "Harpoon, make peace with your Gods little man, you are NEXT!" in #212

The three page dream sequence at the end of Dark Angel Saga

Fantomex pulls the trigger at the end of Apocalypse solution, and the silent pages which follow

That scene was absolutely outstanding and has pierced through the decades of emotional moments towards the top.

Others have mentioned so many good ones and I have a ton as well. But this one comes to mind a lot:

Jean Grey dying on the DPS, it divided the X-men history forever. She means so much for so many people.
She died making the ultimate sacrifice for the people she loved.

Jubilee lends herself very well to emotional moments.

I'm also fond of the talk she and Logan had right after he lost his adamantium as well as the note he left for her when he rode off.

I loved that scene. The whole DPS held such weight emotionally.

Somewhat ruined that Wolverine once went to the afterlife to help Kurt fight his demon dad while dressed as pirates.

    Shh. Don’t ruin their moment.

Though I had the same thought at the time.
