Storm trying to talk a man out of suicide.

“Strength is the lot of but a few privileged men; but austere perseverance, harsh and continuous, may be employed by the smallest of us and rarely fails of its purpose, for its silent power grows irresistibly greater with time.” Goethe
House of X #6: Xavier's narration as the Quiet Counsel exits to joins the Krakoa celebration...
"It is said that when a parent has a child that they will never get a good nights rest again. Well, I've had millions of children and I haven't slept in decades. I may never sleep again. Now, the same maybe true of you.... but they will. In lush soft green fields. Staring at the stars dreaming of a day where one day they can hold that star in their hands. That is what we give them. A home. A future. And one day the world. I believe in what we are doing. I believe the world will be better for it."
I was trying to do too much and not doing any of it as well as I could. But I've had a change of mind... though not everyone shall enjoy it. I will.

The first three that came to me have already been mentioned here.
Jubilee and Jean after 'Yana's death.
Jubilee and Prof X roller blading.
Warlock unable to understand Doug's death.
The only other I can think of is a story that I don't think took place in a regular comic, but was a one-shot type of deal, if I'm remembering correctly. It was (once again) Jubilee and Jean. It was a story where Jubilee is reading Jean's diary. She reviews everything about Jean and Scott's relationship.
She confesses to Jean, and says she did it because her parents died when she was young, and never got to hear any stories of her own parents meeting and falling in love.
It took me a while to think of a really, really good one that hadn't been mentioned here. I did it, tho.
"We come into this world alone and we leave the same way. The time we spent in between - time spent alive, sharing, learning together... is all that makes life worth living." - Jean Grey
Colossus, Kurt, Warlock, Madrox, and Siryn are the characters I have felt the most emotional resonance with.
Remender's UXF has some powerful/emotional moments:
