    The first three that came to me have already been mentioned here.

    Jubilee and Jean after 'Yana's death.

    Jubilee and Prof X roller blading.

    Warlock unable to understand Doug's death.

    The only other I can think of is a story that I don't think took place in a regular comic, but was a one-shot type of deal, if I'm remembering correctly. It was (once again) Jubilee and Jean. It was a story where Jubilee is reading Jean's diary. She reviews everything about Jean and Scott's relationship.

    She confesses to Jean, and says she did it because her parents died when she was young, and never got to hear any stories of her own parents meeting and falling in love.
