Far from exhaustive or definitive. Only counting telepathy. Mento requires the helmet or he's just a guy. All of them have some impressive feats.

I can go with this.

Psionics can make things happen. They can cause weird phenomena to come true. Psimon from the Titans is the perfect example of classic psionic. Sensor Girl is similar. They can’t read minds or anything like that.

Psychics tell the future. Lilith is an example. Dream Girl too but her power is vague enough such that maybe her power is to make her dreams come true and not really premonitions.

Telepaths read mind, can control your mind etc.

They all fall under the same umbrella. If it comes from the brain/mind...it usually considered a psychic ability.

Yeah, I know there's probably a historical difference between the two but in media the two are pretty much always identical.

I mean even Psimon despite being a "classic psionic" is literally just a telepath and telekinetic like any other DC psychic.

The only real difference is the extent of what their psychic abilities do which will vary in the media. The stronger ones generally "making phenomena".

Esper Girl, unless i’m imagining her, was a member of the LoSH.

Her name was Esper Lass, not Girl. She was not a member of the LoSH, but she had applied and was rejected because she had the same powers as Saturn Girl. (She was a resident of Titan like Imra.) She joined the Legion of Super Rejects and later became a member of the Legion of Super Villians, at least according to Wikipedia.

Saturn Girl is a really powerful psychic, but she's mostly dangerous to her foes because she's just like... ungodly pragmatic?

Post crisis Brainiac mostly just played mind games but his power level was high enough to run through the New Gods. That's a pretty big feat I think.

Bringing him up reminds me of Panic In The Sky where Maxima pits her telepathy against a Warworld boosted Brainiac and does quite well. That makes me think the top 3 are Maxima, Saturn Girl, and Jonn Jonzz thanks to to his League appearances especially as written by Mark Waid and Joe Kelly
