There's a difference between Psimon's mental powers which are Psionic in nature. (I'd say Dream Girl and Sensor Girl fall closer under this category too)

What's the difference in them? Psionic, psychic and telepath etc is generally an interchangeable phrase.

Psionics can make things happen. They can cause weird phenomena to come true. Psimon from the Titans is the perfect example of classic psionic. Sensor Girl is similar. They can’t read minds or anything like that.

Psychics tell the future. Lilith is an example. Dream Girl too but her power is vague enough such that maybe her power is to make her dreams come true and not really premonitions.

Telepaths read mind, can control your mind etc.
