I'm surprised that Black Tom didn't vouch for him(or maybe Tom did and Xavier said no),since recent issues implied that Black Tom missed Juggernaut.

I’m so in. I love Fabian and I miss reading his books (be it X-Men, New Warriors, or Thunderbolts).
I too am curious about why allies of mutants aren’t welcome... He was an X-Man...
