I'm leaning toward the White Lotus, given that they're the ones who taught the people who captured the Red Lotus to begin with. They might not have a direct counter for Zaheer, but between Iroh, Jeong-Jeong, Pakku, and Bumi, they have a definite power advantage.

based on what we've seen thus far I'm favoring the White Lotus. the Red Lotus crew is fast and agile-- but the White Lotus has shown more raw power, versatility, and intelligence. (I'm not saying the White Lotus is stupid-- but Zaheer seems to be the only genuinely thoughtful member of the group... whereas each member of the White Lotus demonstrated that they were shrewd and tactical fighters)
