Yup, our group had The Wonder Woman and Nubia dolls, as well as many of the female ones and most of the male ones.

We always had a great time playing!

    1977 MEGO Catalog.

if they were smart, they'd re-issue the figures and play-set with the upcoming 80's movie!
And have a scene where Wonder Woman (Gadot) sees a girl playing with them, and smiles thinking - this how they see me?

Were those guys confused? 'Black Belt' obviously shows her with a _red_ belt? And 'Nubia is Wonder Woman's Super-Foe'??? I'm not very familiar with Nubia, but I got the impression that she was a rival for the title of Wonder Woman (similar to Artemis in the current continuity), but not an enemy?

Agree, Rival would have been a better term, although it was a slow back-and-forth reveal, as she starts off appearing as somewhat a potential foe, only until the truth is revealed. Her first appearance cover (which reflects the armor chosen for the figure) certainly had fun teasing it that way, you had to read the later story to find out the full truth.
No sure what kind of further information (if any) came with the figure.

If the wiki article is true, apparently actress Teresa Graves https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=94MspfdM6JM was to play and be revealed as her sister on the show.
If they were borrowing the narrative from the comic, they might have wanted to keep the reveal a secret.
Sadly the plot did not transition to the move to CBS, but the figure still came out.

If true, how fantastic would it have been to see that!

I haven't bought any toys in awhile, but a few years ago, a friend of mine snagged this promo at Dragon Con in Atlanta. It lives on my piano, and it makes me smile every day.

    Awww - nice!

I thought I'd resurrect this thread (since it keeps disappearing) and see if anyone has picked up new (or old) Wonder Woman merch!

Thanks to Todd, there's a new invisible Jet for the Super Powers line, though it looks a tad small, in my humble opinion. Has anyone here picked it up?

And now there's a new Dodson-era Wonder Woman figure as well (not that I'm a fan of the scale).

Lastly, Marvel has released their Power Princess figure, and pretty much everyone agrees she's a perfect base for a 6-inch scale Diana...if you like customizing that is.

Haven't picked much Wonder stuff in a few years since Todd took over but I did get the Superpowers figure. Didn't realize the jet was already out.

I'm bummed that Todd used the classic Bronze Age/Jose Luis Garcia Lopez DC style guide art on the packaging, but just repainted his own weird mash-up design of WW instead of giving us the real deal. How he can put a figure next to an illustration that clearly looks nothing like it is beyond me LOL.
