How would Tom Holland's Spider Man do against a supernatural version of the Vulture?

There's nothing Spider-Man can do to The Creeper that it cannot regenerate from or keep on trucking despite bodily damage:

Decapitation doesn't work, removing limbs doesn't 10-count it.
So the best Peter can hope for is to incapacitate The Creeper by webbing it up... but even then that wouldn't be a permanent solution, it just forces the Creeper into its hibernation mode after its 23-day feeding period.

Peter's able to crush its limbs and decapitate it just fine. It needs fresh body parts to regenerate itself, which aren't present here. The Creeper is a minor speed bump to Spider-Man at best.
Spider-Man nonchalantly caught a car, stopped a killing blow from Cull Obsidian rather easily, webbed up Giant-Man and had the physical strength to pull Doctor Strange back on board the Q-Ship from the grasp of the vacuum of space.
He would casually batter the Creeper.
the creeper is hard to put down but his regen isn't anything special. as someone else said, he needs fresh parts to recover himself and there are none in the arena.
pete can just break/remove his arms and legs and get the win that way.
Peter is strong enough and witty enough to say something funny while punching in its skull

Creeper just uses Stormbreaker and goes for the head. If that doesnt work, then his demonic truck eats and tortures Peter.

Removing the head will certainly work against the Creeper because he doesn't have a head lying around. In JC2, he used the head he took a minute earlier to regen his head. There's no reason to believe he has an infinite supply of heads in his body that he can use if gets his decapitated. Same with any other body part.
He can certainly be killed. He's not immortal, he clearly feels pain and fatigue and has visible limits.
a man in his late 40s/early 50s was able to repeatedly stab the creeper into a mess. granted, he was missing some limbs but he was still able to hop around like a giant grasshopper with what few limbs he had left.
seems like his durability isn't as high as you'd think.
A better showing against an angry old man in movie 3 was having his body cheese holed by gatling gun fire without losing the momentum to swoop down and stab the shooter dead. That should be a better indicator of what kind of damage he can fight through with a full enough body (most importantly his wings).
