Its interesting that Reeves' The Batman hits four out of five of the story types I'd listed in my poll. It's a pure detective story to a large extent, a character piece involving Batman (and Gordon, Alfred and Selina), has him clashing with the Riddler (and Penguin), and involves him dealing with ordinary street crime and the Mob as well. I suppose you have a bit of Batman as a ''superhero'' starting to take on a ''larger-than-life'' threat as well at the end, though that may be way too much of a stretch...Originally Posted by MajorHoy
