Fight is won by KO. If she needs backup, Moon Knight comes to help (heh).

I know Kaiman pretty well but I don't know Typhoid Mary very well.

I do recall a feat of her redirecting bullets with her swords which should put her comfortably faster than the big man.

I dont know Kaiman at all, but Mary has Daredevil class fighting abilities, plus Telepathy, Telekinesis and Pyrokinesis, depending on the dominant personality, enough to fight Spider-Man. She's a really tough fighter when she has access to all her abilities.

If she can fight Spider-Man to any kind of convincing level then Kaiman isn't going to be able to handle this.

He's big and in some kind of CBPH level of speed, alarmingly good with his knives and naturally resistant to magic but he's not got the stats to hang with a Spider-Man level opponent.

Recall when Kaiman fought Shin and got effortlessly taken to pieces? Shin is some degree of bullet timer so this fight is like that but worse.

Sooo I'm maybe 20 pages into the entire manga and have seen short clips of the anime on YouTube. I can't really claim familiarity with either one.
