I would like to see Rusty Collins be brought back. I'm not that invested in the character but it would be cool to see him in the background with Skids.
I'd really like to see Blindfold back to be honest. Her death really bothered me. Naturally there are in story reasons why she has not been brought back (same with Destiny) and it remains to be seen if they will eventually allow precogs. I think once the truth comes out then maybe they can be brought back (assuming the truth does come out).

It's actually not sarcasm! This character was a missed opportunity! His powers to enhance other mutants powers- his position, his overall philosophy and edict in how his and other mutants use power in the world, he's such a brilliant villain in that he is the embodiment of being a product of neo liberalism.
