When it's all said and done, I don't see how she can stop him. He has none of the vampire weaknesses and all of the strengths. She goes invisible. He goes mist. Eventually, he's going to hit her.

All it takes is a second for Dracula to activate his mind control and he doesn't need to do anything overt to do it. She won't know what hit her until it's too late. If he can't get Ghost instantly all he has to do is wait for her to materialise, look at her and she's his. There's nothing she can do to him, kill him and he reforms seconds later good as new, he's a vampire with all the perks, as well.

Dracula:
+ Mind Control gives him an edge, but a strong enough will is capable of powering through his mental temptations.
+ Strength is Slayer-level. I wonder what would happen to Ghost if Dracula tried draining her?
+ Dracula's Super Regeneration is quite possibly the best we've seen in the Buffyverse. Even after being dusted, Dracula reformed good as new.


Ghost
+ Strong enough to fight Ant-Man and the Wasp. She even shrugged off hits from them in their mini-forms, making her on Dracula's strength level.
+ Invisibility makes a nice counter to Dracula's more esoteric abilities.
+ Phasing bypasses conventional durability, and a Phase Punch through Dracula's head might seal the deal.
+ Her molecular condition makes me wonder if she can even be mind-controlled, given how she's fluctuating between dimensions and isn't technically 'here' in the general sense.


Man, what a fight. I'm leaning more towards Ghost, mainly due to her phasing powers and how well she performed against Ant-Man and Wasp.
