    Nice.

My Phillies look like one of the worst teams in baseball.

It's painful to watch right now.

Tell me about it! That bullpen is an utter disaster while the offense has been annoyingly sporadic.

Omg yeah the bullpen is brutal.

It's terrible watching Hoskins and Kingery at the plate. They look like Double A players.

    ^^^ Pirates only have 3 wins! ^^^

Cards have 2 but have only played 5 games.

Yeah they actually took 2 out of 4 shockingly.

I don't know what the hell is going on with those two. Meanwhile, I just got an alert that prized rookie 3B Alec Bohm will be called up.

    Bullpens gonna bullpen!

Mariners Bullpen absolutely **** itself last night. 4-0 lead, to 4-7 in one inning. Pretty bad.

My Phillies took a 13-1 lead against Atlanta into the top of the ninth Monday night and managed to turn it into a 13-8 nailbiter. By the time it was finally over, I ran out of ways to call the parentage of the relievers into question, it was THAT frustrating.

Looks like I was wrong about Trout; he's got 7 home runs since he came back. And he's in the .320s or so IIRC. And Rendon is Rendoning...which makes it a pity the pitching staff can't keep up.

The Angels are a garbage team propped but by Trout. Much in the same way the Mariners have tried to build mediocre teams around one or two stars. It doesn’t work. Because these are teams. This isn’t basketball.

Trout and Rendon now. And too a small extent, Otani as a DH. Yes, they're terrible, and yes, they're going nowhere. Which is sad, because with a few...okay, more than a few moves, they could be almost decent.

I've felt the same way about the Mariners for literal decades.

Also I hate the Angels. No offense. haha.

If the M's built around Ichiro in the mid-to-late-2000s and focused on small ball and SPs, they probably would've had a run or three at the WS.

Instead ... they let everything go that was good.

Hard to feel any tiny bit sorry for the Los Angeles Trouts of Anaheim. They made their bed and I couldn't be happier about it.
