Carol Danvers as Ms. Marvel.
While, yes, the sex appeal factor is obvious and as a straight man I can't deny that. However, there are other reasons: One, it plays to Carol's intended design well -- she was made to be like the Power Girl of Marvel, not the Superman they're trying to play her as. Second, it just oozes way more personality than her boring Captain Marvel costume. I just think she's much better as Ms. Marvel than Captain Marvel (which I maintain was only because of the MCU, and them not being able to access the X-Women in the movies back then).

I think Black Bolt has the best male costume in comics, although I do love many of Spider-Man's costumes. Crystal's original uni looks super sci-fi/Kirby. I love the thing in her hair. Jean has worn many costumes that I loe, but her "Jim Lee" one is my favorite.

Though i’d seen it often before, it was the above cover that I vividly remember making me think,
