Default George C. Scott favorite movies?

He was a great actor. Some of my favorites include Dr. Strangelove and Patton, of course.

I enjoyed his turn as Scrooge in the 1984 made for TV version of A Christmas Carol.

Definitely The Hustler. One of my favorite movies. He was such an evil bastard in that flick.

I haven't seen Hardcore, the movie that he did with Paul Schrader but I heard it was good.

He totally is. So cold, so slick, and so inhuman.

Dr. Strangelove is my favourite film of his, though. I would have been interested to see the performance he wanted to give - Kubric insisted on an over the top version, but Scott wanted to play it straight.
