A question about Infinite Crisis

Hi, I have a question, I rode Infinite Crisis and there something I dont understand :
We have superman Earth Two who explain that supergil come from Earth 2 to and say I dont know how she did to stay alive, but in this comics we can also see Jay Garric ( old flash ) and is he come from earth 2 to ?
Why Superman Eart 2 dont come to him to maybe undersqtand better ?

Ok so after Crisis on Infinite Earths, Earth-2 was folded into the Post Crisis Earth. This meant that the JSA was now part of the main earth's history including Jay Garrick

However DC wanted Superman to be the only Kryptonian left so they gave Power-Girl a new origin that said that she was Atlantian. According to Infinite Crisis she was an anomaly that somehow slipped through the cracks and should not have existed Post Crisis.

Infinite Crisis restored her original origin of being Kryptonian and cemented her place in the universe once and for all.
