I would probably do Superman, Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Batman, Green Lantern, Flash, Hawkman, Atom, Black Canary, Black Lightning, Zatanna, and Red Tornado.

Reading List (Super behind but reading them nonetheless):
DC: Currently figuring that out
Marvel: Read above
Image: Killadelphia, Nightmare Blog
Other: The Antagonist, Something is Killing the Children, Avatar: TLAB
Manga: My Hero Academia, MHA: Vigilanties, Soul Eater: the Perfect Edition, Berserk, Hunter X Hunter, Witch Hat Atelier, Kaiju No. 8
Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, The Flash, Green Lantern (Jessica), Black Lightning, Hawkgirl, Vixen, Firestorm (Jason/Ronnie), Blue Beetle (Jaime) and Stargirl. I think that’s a good lineup of young and old, as well as interesting character dynamics!
Done with DC. Can't handle the constant whiplash! Time to go on a hiatus!
That's a decent lineup. I like that there are five different women on it (and seven dudes), so it's not the standard 'big 7' lineup of six dudes and Wonder Woman. Multiple (very different) black characters is also a nice way to avoid the token black character issue. Some combination of Blue Beetle and Stargirl get to be the point of entry / wide-eyed newbie of the show. (Firestorm, not so much, since he's got an old pro in his noggin.)
And there's those first five, to serve as the old and familiar that everybody recognizes / is comfortable with.
Guest appearances by Mister Miracle and Big Barda, Mr. Terrific, Red Arrow, Element Woman, etc. could fit well here, too.
Super Best Friends + Teen Titans Go:
Robin/Nightwing, Supergirl, Cyborg, Batgirl, Starfire, Beast Boy, Raven, Wonder Girl, Stargirl, S.T.R.I.P.E
H.I.V.E:
Queen Bee, Ravager (Grant), Ravager II (Rose), Mammoth, Shimmer, Gizmo, Jinx, Psimon, Icicle Jr., Ragdoll, Scandal Savage, Knockout, Bizarro Supergirl, Queen Bee (Blackfire)
My Super Friends Team would be as follow.
Wonder Girl
Jayna
Superboy
Robin or Drake
Kid Flash
Aqualad
Zan
and have guest apparence's by
Teen Lantern
Speedy
Zatara
Blue Beetle
Red Inferno
Static
DC Kids also did another version with more adult designs:

Trapped in time ended in a nasty cliffhanger they never finished!
Maybe if cartoon network didn't treat it like every other action show they own and air it without any promos for it at 5:30 am then move the new episodes around all the time killing the show it might have done better.Yeah, I wish that show had caught on.
