She has all of her equipment, this is before she Met Tenchi and the others.
Scenario one: She set up shop on earth.
Scenario two: She sets up shop somewhere else in the DC universe, she also meets Darkseid.
What happens?

Same as the Marvel thread. She heals Cyborg by regrowing his body. Cures everybody's stuff and then gets bored.
While certain power-sets and species would interest her at first (Kryptonians, for example), she could just hack into everybody's science files and learn much of what interested her. Little need then for physical experimentation on actual 'subjects.'
Lex would try to recruit her. She'd find him repugnant.
I do wonder if she'd be up to the challenge of 'curing' the Joker of his madness. Possibly, she's wise enough to recognize that he's simply supposed to be that way, it's kismet, Joker's role in the scheme of things.
For cosmic characters, she quickly becomes part of a scene with Highfather and that set. She belongs more on New Genesis than on Earth, where she'd quickly explore and assimilate all their technology.
Darkseid tries to acquire her power or destroy her, but discovers he can't do either. Then he dismisses her as though he were the superior entity and not Washu. He may accuse her of not being in her proper universe, which she concedes is true.
Possibly, she works with Himon and Metron to invent a verse-crossing boom-tube so she can get back to her verse. If so, it'd have to be constructed to self-destruct after it's first use, to prevent Darkseid from acquiring it.
We wouldn't want Darkseid gaining access to the entire Omniverse. That would be bad....

Yeah, Washu would fight right in on New Genesis.
Is there sorcery in the Tenchi universe?
If not, Washu might have a curiosity about that.
Something completely different to her?
Washu, if the one from Ryo-Ohki, is a literal Goddess that, with 2 others, created their own multiverse. And quite a bit of the technology presented in that series (and its spin-offs) is practically magic in and of itself. And when in her Goddess form, is at bare minimum, 10 dimensional. So, magic of the DC universe, with all of its variety, might gain her interest for a bit. But when her own technology itself rivals most forms of magic? Oh, yeah. In her mortal form, she's something like 15,000 years old and was a member of the Galactic Police (think Green Lanterns, but more ships, less magic rings).
