The Union headed by Union Jack. One looks like it could be Lionheart no idea on the other 3.

A shame that we’re finally getting a UK team after a long wait and it’s seemingly new characters for the most part? I guess you could say Captain Britain is tied up with Excalibur but I’m sure the rest are free?

I'm interested, but I would have loved to see some underutilized characters like Kelsey Leigh.

Well, I assume the middle character is Lionheart... but yeah, definitely a new one if so, not Kelsey, who was blonde. Which means she's worse than underutilised - she just had her codename pinched.

I remember Paul Grist created Jack Staff after Marvel rejected his Union Jack pitch all those years ago. He probably thought a Union Jack solo mini would be a no-go with US Marvel.

Yeah, I agree. Marvel doesn't seem to use Marvel UK much at all, save for Captain Britain, so the rest of the team apart from UJ being newbies isn't a surprise.

This will be his first ever Marvel work, right? Though he's been around since the 1980s, working for the likes of Fleetway (2000AD's owner before Rebellion bought it) and Image.

I remember that too.
A shame, though, I think the character has a lot of potential, as a Brit street leveler who’s a legacy character, w. supernatural enemies, who also has all of Europe to play in.

They appear to have pushed him aside in favour of Betsy, who now needs a new identity since Kwannon has taken her 'Psylocke' shtick. I thought they might be moving in that direction when they gave Meggan and him a baby. Very annoying, but US Marvel has rarely done right by Brian so it's not much of a shock.
